Rates
Two night minimum. When you rent the house you will be the only people renting the house for that time.
From March 1 to June 14 and August 31 to November 4 the weekend nights, Friday and Saturday,
are $240.00 each. The rest of the week nights will be based on the schedule below. From June 15 to
August 30 and November 5, except for Thanksgiving, to February 28 ask for our lower off season rates.
The house accommodates 8 people comfortably. We expect no more than two people to sleep in any
one bedroom. Exceptions will be made for small children.
