Located nearby Moab are Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, and Dead Horse Point State Park. The Colorado River runs next to Moab, where white water rafting is available. There are many miles of roads and trails around Moab for biking, jeeping, and hiking. The Moab Slick Rock Bike Trail is only a couple of miles from the Guest House. The La Sal Mountains are just 30 minutes away from Moab where aspen, ponderosa pines, and mountain lakes can be found.

The house is surrounded by mature oak and cottonwood trees that provide abundant privacy and shade. There are two decks that provide ample space to sit and relax outside while viewing the LaSal Mountains and the surrounding Moab red rock cliffs. This can be your haven of quiet and rest after spending a day experiencing Moab and Southeastern Utah's Canyon Country.
